Oil and gas

Project details

The Duva oil and gas field is Neptune’s first discovery in the Norwegian North Sea. It is located 14 km northeast of the Neptune-operated Gjøa field at a water depth of 340 metres. Gross 2P reserves are 88 mmboe (gas 76%).

To maximise synergies, the Duva development project is being coordinated with the redevelopment of Gjøa P1. Duva is being developed as a subsea installation with two oil producers and one gas producer in a tie-back to Gjøa. The field will be operated from the Gjøa semi-submersible platform via a dedicated umbilical.
